Confirm the details with the clinic

Ask about scheduling and the secure way to share reports. The team will confirm what is currently available.

From request to confirmation

The form starts a conversation. It does not confirm an appointment.

  1. Send a consultation requestProvide the contact details needed for the clinic to respond.

What the concierge team handles

Availability is confirmed after the team reviews your request.

  • Appointments Appointment planningShare a preferred date and time band. The appointment is fixed only after the clinic confirms it.
  • Insurance Cashless insurance coordinationThe team coordinates cashless approval with your insurer or TPA directly, and prepares the clinical documentation they ask for, so you are not managing the paperwork yourself. The approval decision and the policy terms remain with the insurer.
  • Travel Travel and visit coordinationFor patients travelling from elsewhere in India or from overseas, the team sequences appointments, scans and surgery into as few trips as possible, and advises how long to stay. Book travel only after appointments are confirmed.
  • Family Families, included properlyEye surgery is rarely something a person goes through alone. A family member can sit in on the consultation, hear the options first-hand and be briefed on aftercare — with your permission, which is asked for every time rather than assumed. For older patients and for children, the team plans around whoever is bringing them and taking them home.
  • Privacy Privacy and confidentialityYour records, your identity and the fact of your treatment are handled confidentially. Information is shared with a family member, employer or insurer only with your permission.

What to confirm before your visit

Ask the clinic when your plans depend on a specific date or service.

Does the form confirm my appointment?

No. The clinic must confirm the date and time separately.

Can I upload reports with the form?

No. The public form does not collect medical files. Ask the clinic for its approved method after contact.

Can a family member help coordinate?

Ask the clinic how to record the patient’s permission before information is shared.

Does the clinic guarantee insurance approval?

No. Coverage depends on the insurer’s decision and policy terms.
