How to read anything you find online, including this

Two rules make most eye-care content easier to judge. First, any page that names a single best procedure or a single best lens without asking about your eyes is selling, not explaining. Second, real risk sections name specific complications and rough frequencies; vague reassurance that something is completely safe is a warning sign.
